JobMart Refund Policy
At JobMart, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our platform.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
1.1 Job Seekers
- If you are unsatisfied with our premium job seeker services, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds are only available if you have not applied to any jobs using our premium features during this period.
1.2 Employers
- For job postings, refunds are available within 48 hours of posting if no applications have been received.
- For other employer services, refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been utilized.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Successfully filled job postings
- Used promotional credits
- Completed background checks or skill assessments
3. Refund Process
- Contact our customer support team at support@jobmart.pride.co.ke
with your refund request. - Include your order number and reason for the refund.
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for partially used services. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
5. Cancellation of Recurring Services
- You may cancel recurring services at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion. Fraudulent activity or abuse of our refund policy may result in the denial of refund requests.
